Recommendation & Method of use:
All we have to do is to prepare standard water based paint/plastic emulsion as under:
1) Take only soft water.
2) Add 2% MARK DC 1510
3) Take Pigments of your choice.
4) Add extenders.
5) Add thickener of your choice like HEC & Ammonium polyacrylate.
6) Add acrylic emulsion.
7) Add Biocide of your choice both in-can & film preservatives.
8) Add liquor ammonia or Mark DC 1820 to adjust pH(green option)
9) Optional – Add Coalescing agent, Gloss improver, water repellent, UV-absorber if desired.
