MARK DC 1020
Recommendation & Method of use:
It is to be added in water based paints before addition of extenders. Approximately 200 gms, of it has to be used in 100kgs of final product.

0.5% wt./total TiO2 to be added at the time of grinding. Please note that no other wetting agents like soyalescithin, zinc octoate, etc. are to be used with it.

Recommendation & Method of use:
Step 1) Take 100 Ltrs. of paint made as per your regular formulation
Step 2) Add 100 gms. of MARK DC1110 under high speed stirring
Step 3) Add 10 Ltrs. soft water for Enamel and 20 Ltrs. for primers at the rate of 2 Ltrs./min. under high speed stirring.
MARK DC 1111
Recommendation & Method of use:
Step 1) Take 100 Kgs. of Alkyd of 50% solids under high speed stirrer
Step 2) Add 200 Gms. of MARK DC 1111 under high speed stirring
Step 3) Add 100 Kgs. Water (equal to resin solids) under stirring (higher the speed, faster the water addition)

Recommendation & Method of use:
Step 1) Take 100 Ltrs. of paint made as per your regular formulation
Step 2) Add 100 gms. of MARK DC1120 under high speed stirring
Step 3) Add 10 Ltrs. soft water for Enamel and 20 Ltrs. for primers at the rate of 2 Ltrs./min. under high speed stirring.
