Hydrite® UF 90 by Imerys is a spray dried, fine particle size hydrous kaolin. Exhibits chemical inertness, and offers improved spacing of TiO2 particles in a paint film and improved opacity. It is a naturally occurring hydrated aluminum silicate with lamellar or platy particle shape. Hydrite® UF 90 is recommended for water based architectural coatings such as gloss & semi-gloss paints and eggshell paints.
