Recommendation & Method of use:
Universal Stainer 3 to 5%. We recommend to ascertain the right quantity of MARK DC 1080 addition by conducting necessary experiments at user's end.

Step 1) Take 100 Ltrs. of paint made as per your regular formulation

Recommendation & Method of use:
All we have to do is to prepare standard water based paint/plastic emulsion as under:
1) Take only soft water.
2) Add 2% MARK DC 1510
3) Take Pigments of your choice.
4) Add extenders.
5) Add thickener of your choice like HEC & Ammonium polyacrylate.
6) Add acrylic emulsion.
7) Add Biocide of your choice both in-can & film preservatives.
8) Add liquor ammonia or Mark DC 1820 to adjust pH(green option)
9) Optional - Add Coalescing agent, Gloss improver, water repellent, UV-absorber if desired.

0.1-0.2% Concentration on batch size. Preferably in thinning down process in Alkyd/CNSL systems..
